We are currently seeking an experienced Operation Planner to join our team for the LNG Plant in the KUWAIT region. If you have extensive experience in LNG plant operations and a passion for working in the Oil & Gas industry, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Position: Operation Planner
Location: KUWAIT
Industry: Oil & Gas / LNG Plant
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive operational plans for the plant.
• Ensure alignment with Integrated Asset Planning (IAP) systems.
• Utilize advanced scheduling and planning software (including Primavera) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of plant operations.
• Monitor and update schedules, identifying potential issues and providing solutions to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Petroleum from a recognized institution.
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a cryogenic Oil & Gas process plant.
• Experience in an operation planner role within a multi-national environment.
Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in the latest scheduling and planning software including Primavera.
• Strong familiarity with Integrated Asset Planning (IAP).
Additional Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within multi-national teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
