We Are Hiring A Male Indian *PRODUCTION MANAGER* For
An Aluminium Factory
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Execution:
-Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely
delivery of aluminum products while optimizing resources.
-Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and maintenance teams
to streamline production workflows and minimize downtime.
2. Quality Assurance and Control:
-Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold
product quality standards and meet customer specifications.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for
improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
3. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
improvements in production operations.
- Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance
overall operational performance.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance,
training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous
improvement among production teams.
4. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental
regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to
mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage production budgets, monitoring
expenses, and resource utilization.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to
achieve budgetary targets.
6. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw
materials and finished goods.
- Optimize inventory control processes to minimize waste and
inventory holding costs.
