WE ARE HIRING
Senior Estimation Manager (Electrical / Mechanical)

Location: Kuwait
Joining: Immediate

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : 15–20 years of proven experience in Tendering & Estimation for EPC/Construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Tendering & Estimation Department.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial bids.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing, and bid submissions.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant tenders.
• Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams.
• Preferred Experience
• Strong background in Electrical and/or Mechanical estimation.
• Experience with EPC, Infrastructure, Industrial, Oil & Gas, or Building Construction Projects.
• Knowledge of international standards and contract conditions.
• Excellent commercial awareness, leadership, and communication skills.
