Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations, treasury, banking relationships, financial planning and internal controls. The successful candidate will work closely with management to improve profitability, manage financial risks and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and financial forecasting.

Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables and supplier payments.

Manage banking relationships, including LCs, bank guarantees, overdrafts, loans and credit facilities.

Analyze business profitability, gross margins, costs and financial performance.

Review major tenders and contracts from a financial, profitability and risk perspective.

Develop financial policies, procedures, internal controls and approval limits.

Ensure compliance with applicable Kuwait regulations and accounting standards.

Lead the finance team and improve financial systems, reporting and ERP utilization.

Advise management on financial strategy, investment decisions and business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or CMA are preferred.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including senior finance management responsibilities.

Strong experience in banking facilities, trade finance, cash flow and working capital management.

Experience in trading, industrial supply or the oil & gas sector is preferred.

Strong financial analysis, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

ERP experience; Odoo knowledge is an advantage.

Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
