Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, with a focus on restaurant POS systems.
Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, computer systems, and applications.
Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in the restaurant sector.
Strong knowledge of restaurant POS systems, including order management, payment processing, and inventory management12.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
