Sales Associate cum PC Builder/ Technician
The Sales Associate will primarily be responsible for driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge by responding to customers’ questions and directing customers by escorting them through racks and counters notifying them of the preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
You will be in-charge of processing payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards and assist with inventory- receiving and stocking merchandise.
Job description:
• Assemble, Troubleshoot and repair High End Gaming PC.
• Provided technical support to end-users by Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers and assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options & stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and software trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve PC build processes.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Comply with inventory control procedures and keep track of inventory levels for PC components, ensuring an adequate supply of parts and accessories
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
Requirements for this position:
• Immediate joiner.
• Dedicated and detail-oriented PC builder with a passion for assembling high-performance computer systems with proven experience in PC building and trouble shooting.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components
• Transferable Residence -Visa 18 - Commercial( NO VIP / Small Projects)
• Fluent in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 1-2 years of sale's experience in retail environment
• Basic knowledge in POS Transactions
