Job Title : Fleet Controller
Job Description:
• Responsible for new vehicles introduction to fleet, ensure that right type, number of vehicles are introduced on the right time in order to fulfill customers’ requirements.
• Prepare Production orders and forwarding for Management approval and follow up.
• Receiving Vehicle order letters from Salesman and counter agents.
• Verifying each letters whether there is any previous outstanding due.
• Scrutinizing all letters in order to avoid multiple orders.
• Create Inter office memo for new vehicle order as per the letter received and forward for management approval.
• Verify the registration with delivery order regarding Color, KT plate number, Chassis Number.
• Make Arrangement for new commercial vehicle for traffic passing.
• Follow up of invoice of new vehicle
• Maintain excel sheet for Vehicle Order and file delivery order copies and Management approval copies of inter office copies.
• Coordinate and follow up regarding the preparation of new vehicles
• Fully adhere to company standard operating procedure (SOP)

Desired Skills :
Proficient knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
Proficient computer skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding organizational skills.

Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Experience : 2-3 years of experience

Offer : KD 200 + Incentive based on target achievement.
