Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, implementation, and support of the ERP system across various departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and business needs, translating them into ERP solutions.
Ensure data integrity and proper system functionality during all stages of implementation and ongoing use.
Provide training and support to end-users for smooth adoption and effective use of the ERP system.
Troubleshoot issues, manage ERP system upgrades, and coordinate with external vendors/consultants for advanced solutions.
Monitor ERP performance and generate reports for management to ensure optimal system usage.
Work closely with finance, procurement, sales, HR, and other departments to integrate and align business processes with the ERP system.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience managing ERP implementations (experience in real estate or construction industry preferred).
Strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally with hands-on experience in managing real estate or construction ERP modules.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to train and support end-users effectively.
