We are seeking for Trainer candidate in Kuwait with the specified Responsibility and Skills described as below points.


Qualifications:
• Previous role as trainer prefer.
• Strong knowledge of training process, structure and techniques.
Skills:
• Fast learner, Problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivate and also motivate to staff.
• Public speaker and keep attentative to audience.
• Active listening skills involve being completely focused on what your trainees have to say to you.
• Time management
• High level of verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
• Presentative
• Work independently
• Must be a resident in State of Kuwait & having valid transferable residency.
• Must hold valid Kuwait driving license

Responsibilities

• Assesses training needs; plans or participates in developing training course objectives; obtains training materials; presents training/instruction to both groups and individuals; evaluates training effectiveness; may oversee maintenance of training records and resource library.
• Deliver lessons following provided lesson plans and lead trainees through practical, hands-on applications.
• Engage trainees through discussions, activities, and enthusiastic teaching
• Create and maintain a safe learning environment
• Pursue continuing education and professional development
