**Office Location:** Fahaheel, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly skilled, technically competent **Instrumentation & Automation Engineer** with extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, programming, and maintaining industrial automation systems at both hardware and software levels.

### Key Responsibilities

- **PLC Systems:** Troubleshooting, hardware repair, programming, fault diagnosis, CPU and I/O module repairs, communication troubleshooting, and system restoration.
- **VFDs & Motor Drives:** Component-level electronic repairs, fault rectification, parameter configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning of AC/DC drives, soft starters, and motor controllers.
- **Industrial Electronic Modules:** Repair and troubleshooting of power supply modules, control cards, communication modules, analog/digital I/O cards, electronic PCBs, and interface modules.
- **HMI & SCADA Systems:** Software troubleshooting, HMI configuration, communication setup, backup and restoration, and integration with PLC systems.
- **Industrial Instrumentation:** Calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and other process control instruments.
- **Industrial Communication Networks:** Troubleshooting of Modbus, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, and other industrial communication protocols.
- **Electronic Component-Level Repairs:** Diagnosis and replacement of defective electronic components, including ICs, capacitors, IGBTs, MOSFETs, relays, and other PCB components.
- **Field Services:** On-site breakdown troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning, and technical support for industrial plants and factories.

### Experience With Leading Automation Brands

**Siemens | ABB | Schneider Electric | Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) | Mitsubishi Electric | Omron | Delta | Danfoss | Yaskawa | LS Electric | Fuji Electric | Honeywell | Emerson | Yokogawa | Endress+Hauser | WEG | INVT**

Experience with multiple brands and different generations of industrial control equipment will be a significant advantage.

### Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on industrial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial electronics, and VFD troubleshooting.
- **Must have practical experience in both hardware and software fault diagnosis and repair.**
- Ability to carry out component-level PCB repairs rather than only replacing complete modules.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, control circuit drawings, and electronic circuit diagrams.
- Experience in industrial factories, manufacturing plants, production lines, and process industries.
- Capable of independently identifying faults and implementing reliable repair solutions.
- Kuwait industrial experience and a valid Kuwait driving licence will be an advantage.
