Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Furniture Factory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the furniture factory, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Implement and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.

Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Furniture Factory Manager or in a similar managerial role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production efficiency.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
