HIRING: Customer Service-Operations Assistant
for a B2B company in Kuwait City

Preferred Male, Arabs who can speak in Kuwaiti dialect, under 40 years preferred
Duties:
- Smart and flexible ready to work, collaborating with the COO for the operations.
- Coordinate with the customers B2B in the application, system tickets if necessary, oversee the projects and take an ownership attitude.
- Collaborate and work with vendor management and customers(B2B).
- Preferred IT background and knowing Photoshop is an advantage.
- There will also be interaction with customers complaints and feedback post sales (B2C)
