Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Merchant Support Officer/Manager to join our fintech company. As a Merchant Support Officer/Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless payment processing.

Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective support to merchants via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve merchant inquiries and issues related to payment processing, transactions, and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Analyze and report on merchant support metrics to identify areas for improvement
