Job Scope:
Al-Zour Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counselor to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the company’s legal matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and maintain our interests in legal dealings. This position requires in depth knowledge of corporate law and exceptional analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Egyptian Lawyer:
-Law degree from a recognized university.
-Strong understanding of local and international laws.
-Provide legal advice and solutions to management on various legal matters, including corporate, labor and commercial laws.
-Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth legal operations and compliance.
-Maintain up to date knowledge of Kuwaiti laws and industry specific legal frameworks.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal advisory or litigation in Kuwait corporate.
-Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written).
-Must be able to join immediately.
