KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from global markets to meet project needs.

- Conduct market research to identify reliable vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor shipping schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Degree in Engineering will carry weightage.
- 3+ years of experience in international procurement, preferably in the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of global sourcing, trade regulations, and customs processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is an advantage.
