Key Responsibilities
1.Financial Management:
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.


2.Cost Control & Analysis:
• Develop and monitor budgets for kitchen operations and production.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis for food and beverage items to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Cost Controller to review and manage production costs and pricing strategies.


3.Inventory & Fixed Assets:
• Monitor inventory accounting, ensuring proper valuation and reporting.
• Oversee fixed asset tracking, depreciation, and capital expenditure planning.


4.Audit & Compliance:
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.


5.System Management:
• Utilize accounting software such as Mycrosis or other ERP systems for financial management and reporting.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation within the system.


6.Financial Planning:
• Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance.


8.Reporting:
• Generate financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
• Work closely with the CFO or Finance Manager to provide insights for decision-making.


Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting roles, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MIcrosis, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and cost control practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Language: Proficiency in English & Arabic.
