🔹 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer specializing in precast concrete systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural design, coordination with production and site teams, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective precast solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze precast concrete elements (walls, slabs, beams, columns, staircases, etc.)
Prepare and review shop drawings, calculations, and bar bending schedules
Develop and review connection details for precast components
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ACI, BS, Eurocode, PCI)
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and site teams for smooth execution
Review and approve fabrication drawings before production
Provide technical support during casting, transportation, and erection
Resolve design and site-related issues promptly
Optimize designs for cost efficiency and manufacturability
Lead and mentor junior engineers and draftsmen

🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in structural engineering, with strong exposure to precast concrete
Hands-on experience in precast factory operations and site coordination
Strong knowledge of ACI, PCI, BS/Eurocode standards
Proficiency in software: ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures
Experience in prestressed concrete is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
