### 🟢 REQUIREMENTS

✅ **10+ YEARS PAStry CHEF EXPERIENCE**
✅ Kuwait / Gulf experience preferred
✅ Modern & trend-forward dessert expertise
✅ Bite-sized dessert experience
✅ **Strong Fatayer experience**
✅ **Must have managed 10+ pastry staff**
✅ Strong leadership & team-management skills
✅ Confident & independent section management
✅ Menu development & seasonal product experience

### 🔵 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

☑️ Manage the pastry section & team
☑️ Lead, train & supervise **10 Assistant Chefs**
☑️ Manage daily production & quality
☑️ Develop modern, seasonal desserts
☑️ Maintain hygiene & food-safety standards
☑️ Handle costing, suppliers & product development
