Description

An active company is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer for new and existing private projects, residential and commercial projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Age: 35–45 years
- Minimum of 10 years of MEP experience, mainly on residential and commercial real estate projects from development to execution & maintenance.
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing systems, covering installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
- Proven experience in MEP design and drawings for new projects, including the ability to prepare or review designs, shop drawings and calculations.
- Ability to assess existing buildings and develop technical solutions for maintenance, upgrades and modifications.
- Experience on both contractor and consultant sides is preferred.
Fire fighting certification or Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) approval is an advantage.
- Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership.
- Valid and Transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18) with Kuwait driving license.
