Description

We are hiring an experienced Irrigation and Water Displays Engineer for the landscape and external works of the Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2 project.
Key responsibilities
Review irrigation and water feature drawings, specifications and BOQs, and prepare shop drawings and material submittals.
Supervise the installation of irrigation networks, pumps, tanks, valves, controllers and sprinkler systems.
Supervise the construction of fountains, ponds and other water displays, including pumps, filtration, lighting and controls.
Coordinate with landscape, civil, MEP and electrical teams, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Carry out inspection, testing, commissioning and handover, and prepare as-built drawings and O&M documents.
Prepare progress reports and quantity take-offs, and follow quality, health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Agricultural or a related engineering field.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in irrigation and water features, including airport or mega projects in Kuwait.
Strong knowledge of irrigation, pump, filtration and control systems.
Skilled in reading construction drawings, and in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Transferable Kuwait residency or the ability to join immediately is preferred.
