Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Central Kitchen Manager to lead our catering management team in mass production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 5 years of experience in managing a central kitchen, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in catering management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the central kitchen
- Oversee mass food production, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Develop and implement effective catering management systems
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience as a Central Kitchen Manager
- Proven track record in catering management and mass production
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
