Required Construction secretaty,
Principal Accountabilities:
- Act as facilitator between designated administrator/ manager and other department staff.
- Maintain updated automated worker's record
-Prepare variety of clerical and administrative duties
-Ensuring typing, Weekly or monthly progress board reports, photocopying in line with company procedures.
-work closely with project managers, engineers and procurement teams to align cost control with project objectives
-Manage correspondence with clients, suppliers and subcontractors related to the area office.
-Assist in handling queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
-Safeguard sensitivity company and project information with utmost discretion
