Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Agent to join our team at Blink. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and e-commerce platforms, with a strong ability to handle customer inquiries and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Assist customers with orders, payments, and returns.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:

Experience in customer support (1-2 years minimum, e-commerce experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ERP, Genesys and zendesk)
