Description

Just Archon Advisors LLP is a decade old advisory and consultancy firm located in Mulund west, Mumbai. We are looking to hire qualified Chartered Accountants for our firm.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience is required in accounts or billing profile.

Decent Hindi and English communication both oral and written

Basic knowledge of Tally and Excel

The candidate must be from Mumbai – (preferably from Mulund or nearby areas.)

Notice Period – immediate joiner or 30 days (max).

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and issue invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner.

2. Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and ensure all data is entered correctly into the billing system.

3. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.

4. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues by communicating with clients and internal departments.

5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.

6. Update and maintain billing systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification required would be- graduate (preferably from finance background).
