Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
• Assist in quantity estimation and material procurement.
• Maintain records of construction activities, labor, and materials used.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience: 0-5 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
