Job Summary:

We are looking for a Home Check-In Agent to join our growing team at FlyThru. This role involves checking in passengers from the comfort of their homes, ensuring a seamless travel experience. The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-focused, and well-presented, with a background in airport or airline operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit passengers’ locations (homes, offices, hotels) to complete airline check-in procedures.
• Verify passenger travel documents, baggage allowance, and boarding passes.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and security regulations.
• Handle baggage tagging and coordinate with airport teams for smooth processing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers have a stress-free experience.
• Provide passengers with travel information and resolve any check-in issues.
• Maintain professionalism and a neat appearance, representing the company in a positive manner.
• Use company-provided devices to update booking systems and report daily operations.
• Assist in any additional duties as required by the operations team.

Requirements:
• Must be in Kuwait with a transferable Visa 18 (Ahli).
• Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license and ability to drive within designated areas.
• English fluency is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Previous airport/airline experience is preferred (passenger handling, ground services, check-in).
• Well-mannered, professional, and presentable.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle passengers professionally.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use check-in systems and applications (training provided).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
