EKELENZA Fit Out is a leading Construction & Fit Out Company looking for a Project Manager to handle Projects.

Responsibilities:
A Senior Fit Out Project Manager is responsible for Managing and overseeing complex fit out projects from start to finish.
In addition to the responsibilities of a Fit-out project Manger a Senior Fit-Out Manger may also have the following responsibilities:

- Mentoring and leading project teams: As a senior manager, the Fit-out Project Manager may be responsible for mentoring and leading junior project managers and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Developing and implementing project management processes: The Senior Fit out Project Manager may be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes and best practices to ensure that projects are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders: The Senior Fit out Project Manager must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the industry to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
- Identifying and managing complex project risks: The Senior Fit out Project Manager must have the ability to identify and manage complex project risks and to implement contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations: The Senior Fit out Project Manager must ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations, and that all safety, quality, and environmental considerations are considered.
