Opening position in below.

1. sales and marketing executive.

5 years experience in oil & gas experience
1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve revenue growth.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the contracting industry.
3. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure that all contractual terms and conditions are met.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve revenue growth targets.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas industry.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
