Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management. The Accountant will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping to maintain healthy cash flow.
 Review the monthly accounts receivable reports and follow up on collections with the Collection Officer on a weekly basis.
 Preparation of invoices and review the monthly accounts payable reports and follow up payments thereof as per the approved settlement regulations.
 Prepare cheques, bank transfers, and bank guarantees. Payroll process, Issue invoices, Issue payments.
 Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
 Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
 Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.
 Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.

 Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support organizational planning and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential for a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
 A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment, is required.
 Having experience in Equipment Rental and Logistics is an advantage.
 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including advanced functions.
 Strong analytical skills are essential to interpret financial data and identify trends that impact business decisions.
 Excellent attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
 Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with team members and present financial information clearly. Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti tax laws and financial regulations.
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines is key to success in this role.
 Immediate joiner required
 Candidate should be inside Kuwait and must have valid residency Visa 18 with Local transfer.
