Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with valid Kuwait driving license to join our dynamic team in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
- Manage schedules and deadlines, and ensure that project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and track project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
- Maintain constant communication with the top management, providing regular updates on project status.
- Organize and attend meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in project implementation.
- Assist with resource allocation and budgeting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the project manager in day-to-day project activities and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient project delivery and management.

Requirements:
- Valid Kuwait driving license is a must.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
- Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
