Description

We are seeking a “Fleet Monitoring Coordinator” who will be responsible for the Real-Time monitoring of fleet movement, utilization and drivers’ behavior through GPS and Fleet Management Systems. The role acts as a critical link between maintenance and operations to ensure timely servicing of trucks, light vehicles, and heavy equipment, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing fleet availability.

Key Accountabilities:
- Fleet monitoring & tracking operations.
- Driver behavior monitoring & control.
- Preventive maintenance scheduling & control.
- Coordination with operations and maintenance.
- Data analysis & reporting.
- System control & compliance.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Male.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GPS/Telematics systems and fleet management software.
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance concepts (mileage, engine hours, PM cycles).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Attention to details and ability to monitor multiple assets simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet monitoring, GPS tracking & transport operations.
