We are looking for an efficient and organized Admin & Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing emails, and maintaining files.
• Provide support to senior staff and assist with project management.
• Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle office communications.
• Perform data entry, record-keeping, and assist with reports as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
