Assistant Area Manager – F&B Operations

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager in overseeing multiple restaurant branches and ensuring operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches
• Monitor sales performance and ensure operational targets are met
• Support branch managers in maintaining service standards and food quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
• Support inventory control and cost management across locations

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant or F&B operations management
• Experience supervising multiple branches or teams
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, sales, and customer service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
