Urgent Hiring: Restaurant Manager (Shawarma & Fatayer(
We are looking for a highly capable Restaurant Manager to join immediately from within Kuwait only, to take full responsibility for managing a Shawarma and Fatayer restaurant.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing fast-food restaurants (specifically Shawarma & Fatayer).
Location: Must be currently residing in Kuwait (with a transferable visa).
Availability: Immediate start is required.
Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure

Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: 250 to 300 KWD (Determined based on experience and interview performance).
Allowances: + 25 KWD (Housing and transportation allowance).

Top 5 Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Ensure strict monitoring of food preparation and taste consistency for Shawarma and Fatayer, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Staff Management: Supervise, train, and manage the kitchen and floor staff (chefs, bakers, cashiers) and optimize shift schedules.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, order raw materials, and minimize food wastage while ensuring ingredient freshness.
Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to Kuwait Municipality regulations, food safety policies, and overall cleanliness.
Customer Satisfaction: Drive sales growth, ensure fast service, and professionally handle customer feedback or complaints.
