Description

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints or concerns.
Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and local regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and wastage to control operational costs.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance, shift schedules, and manpower requirements.
Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, and restaurant profitability.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
Handle cash management, billing, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales.
Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements, staff performance, and business updates.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
Previous experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is essential.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in Asian cuisine or international dining concepts will have an added advantage.
