NOW HIRING – QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
🍴 FOOD & BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
⚠️ Only candidates with relevant F&B Quality control experience will be considered.
📌Candidates must have direct experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B/Restaurants) industry. Quality management or QA/QC experience from non-F&B sectors (such as manufacturing, construction, Pharmacy ,chemical or general retail) will not be considered for this role.

📍 Location: Kuwait
🚗Driving License: Mandatory – Must be able to travel across multiple branches throughout Kuwait

📌 Local Hiring Only – Kuwait
📌 Visa: Regular Ahli Visa
🚨 Joining: immediate joiner
📅 Working Days: 6 Days
⏰ Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day, Including 1-Hour Break

✅ Requirements
☑️ 3–5 years of relevant F&B Quality Control / Quality Management experience
☑️ Valid Kuwait Driving License
☑️ Experience establishing and maintaining quality standards
☑️ Strong knowledge of QMS / ISO standards
☑️ Experience conducting quality inspections and internal audits
☑️ Knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA
☑️ Experience handling non-conformities and quality issues
☑️ Knowledge of food safety, regulatory and company compliance requirements
☑️ Strong leadership, problem-solving and report-writing skills
☑️ Experience training staff on QC and food safety procedures

Key Responsibilities
☑️ Establish and enforce quality standards across F&B operations
☑️ Conduct regular quality inspections and internal audits across multiple branches
☑️ Travel to different branches throughout Kuwait for quality inspections
☑️ Identify, investigate and resolve non-conformities
☑️ Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions
☑️ Ensure compliance with regulatory, ISO and company standards
☑️ Prepare quality reports and maintain proper documentation
☑️ Train and guide staff on quality and food safety procedures
