**Warehouse Supervisor (With at least 2 years experience in Food & Beverage on the same position) MUST BE IN KUWAIT – IMMEDIATE JOINER – MALE ONLY.

**Cost Controller (at least 2 Years Experience in F&B)
• Develop effective cost estimation models for production in Central Kitchen, product pricing, delivery services considering market trends impacts, interdependency of cost drivers etc.
• Collaborate with various Operations Department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste, maximize profitability and ensure business sustainability with optimal resource utilization.
• Conduct critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections to ensure proximity to actual markets and economic conditions.
• Check and verify all financial postings related to cost in Finance system.
• Check the cost of sales in all Grab & Go, retail outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
• Monitor and verify the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
• Tally all end of shift reports generated from all POS outlets.
• Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe. Ensure linking of articles and Recipes in ERP.
• Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management.
• Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.
• Lead stock taking at the Grab & Go outlets during month end.
• Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost.
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and, cost-cutting measures to ensure maximization of efficiency without compromising quality
