We are hiring Cleaning Manager with min 5 years experience as supervisor or manager. Driving License is a must.

Job Summary:
The Cleaning Manager oversees all cleaning operations, ensuring high standards, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement cleaning policies, schedules, and procedures.
-Manage and lead cleaning teams, including supervisors and staff.
-Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
-Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
-Monitor budgets, manage costs, and oversee procurement of cleaning supplies.
-Maintain relationships with clients, addressing concerns and service improvements.
-Conduct inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards are upheld.
