We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and managing marketing strategies across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve targets.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with company branding.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in Kuwait or the GCC region).
- Valid Kuwait Driving License is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
