Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to manage schedules, resources, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily construction schedules and resource allocation.
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress and address issues or delays promptly.
Maintain up-to-date records of materials, permits, inspections, and project milestones.
Assist with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
Enforce safety and compliance standards on all project sites.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction coordination, project management, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software and construction management tools.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
