Description

We are hiring a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator & CSR Assistant to support staff training initiatives and manage CSR activities for school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver training sessions.
2. Develop CSR initiatives, coordinate events, and manage relationships with community partners.
3. Track program effectiveness, analyze feedback, and prepare regular reports.
4. Assist with logistical coordination, budgeting, and data management for training and CSR programs.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in training coordination and/or CSR.
2. Immediate availability preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field
4. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
5. A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and planning
