We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Lady to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare daily sales reports and inventory updates.
Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Assist in stock management and replenishment.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Female candidate only.

Nationality: Arab or Filipino (with strong Arabic-speaking skills).

Languages: Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Previous experience in retail, chocolate, or confectionery sales is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.

Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Transferable visa (for Kuwait-based candidates).
