*Job Requirements:*

- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Kuwaiti dialect
- Females only
- Arabs and non-Kuwaitis are welcome to apply
- Visa type: 18 (Ahli) for other Arabs
- Immediate joining required

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent service
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide information about healthcare services and products
- Maintain accurate records and reports
