We, Britishwings Associates looking for dynamic and motivated female Business Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
• Promote company services and training programs to corporate and individual clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company in meetings, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements:
Enthusiasm & Work Attitude (Most Important): Must demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for work, a positive attitude, strong self-motivation, and a willingness to take initiative. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to achieving results.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Arabic proficiency will be an advantage.
Ownership & Accountability: Must be willing to take responsibility for assigned tasks, work independently, follow up consistently, and demonstrate a results-oriented approach.
Professional Personality: Confident, presentable, disciplined, and capable of developing strong professional relationships with clients.
