📢 Job Opportunity: Senior Accountant (Odoo Accounting Software Expert) 📢

🔹 Location: Mina Abdullah
🔹 Position: Senior Accountant
🔹 Experience: 8 to 10 years in the accounting field (Freshers & candidates with only 3-4 years of experience, please do not apply)
🔹 Qualification: Master’s Degree in Finance
🔹 Age Limit: Below 38 years (Candidates above 40 years will not be considered)
🔹 Gender: Male candidates only
🔹 Basic Salary: 400 KWD – 500 KWD (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
✔ Odoo Accounting Management: Handle complete accounting operations using Odoo software.
✔ Ledger Creation & Maintenance: Set up and manage ledgers, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
✔ Trial Balance Preparation: Prepare and verify trial balances for financial reporting.
✔ Fixed Assets Management: Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation, and reconciliations.
✔ Transaction Recording: Accurately record every financial transaction, ensuring compliance with company policies.
✔ Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage customer invoices, payments, and vendor dues efficiently.
✔ Financial Statements Preparation: Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
✔ Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements with financial records.
✔ Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial projections.
✔ Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
✔ Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
✔ Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll calculations, salary disbursement, and tax deductions.

Skills Required:
✅ Strong knowledge of Odoo Accounting Software
✅ Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
✅ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
