A well reputed company is looking for an accountant having below skill sets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in core accounting functions.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office essential).
• Working Experience with Sage Accounting Software is an added advantage.
• A self-motivated professional with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, familiar with trading & service-oriented business.
• Qualifications: B. Com/M. Com/MBA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage General Ledger Accounting in accounting package.
• Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory transactions with accuracy.
• Handle Accounts Receivable collections and ensure timely follow-up.
• Perform and monitor banking activities and reconciliations.
• Close books of accounts independently on a monthly and annual basis.
• Preparation of monthly Pay Rolls.
• Knowledge of making staff provisions & accruals.
• Knowledge of monthly and year end closing entries.
• Knowledge of booking Fixed Assets & depreciation.
• Assist with year-end audits, liaise with external auditors.
• Generate financial reports, and other management reports as required
