Job Summary:

The Purchase Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and supplies while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.

Issue purchase orders and track order status.

Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments on material needs.

Ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues.

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
