Job Title: Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and designs for various projects. If you have a strong background in drafting and design, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements as required
- Develop and maintain drawing standards, templates, and libraries
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Design, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in drafting and design
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
