**Job Title:** Electrical & BMS Draftsman

**Experience:** 5–8 Years
**Qualification:** Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

**Location:** Kuwait

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Electrical & BMS Draftsman** with 5–8 years of experience in preparing electrical and Building Management System (BMS) drawings for building projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare detailed **Electrical and BMS shop drawings** based on design and project specifications.
* Develop **layout drawings, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, cable routing, and panel details**.
* Prepare and update **as-built drawings** as per site conditions and engineer instructions.
* Coordinate with **Electrical Engineers, BMS Engineers, and project teams** to ensure drawing accuracy.
* Revise drawings based on **consultant comments and client feedback**.
* Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records.
* Ensure drawings comply with **project standards and specifications**.

**Required Skills:**

* Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory).
* Good knowledge of **Electrical systems and BMS drawings**.
* Understanding of **HVAC control systems, ELV, and building automation layouts**.
* Ability to read and interpret **electrical design drawings**.
* Good coordination and communication skills.

**Preferred:**

* Experience in **commercial, residential, or industrial building projects**.
* Knowledge of **Revit / BIM** will be an added advantage.
