Job Title: Grill Chef (Specializing in Sheep Meat Preparation and Grilling)

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a grill chef or in a similar role, with proven expertise in handling, cutting, marinating, and grilling meat.
• Prior experience working with lamb or sheep meat is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in cutting and butchering sheep meat to prepare it for marination and grilling.
• Expertise in marinating techniques, including the use of spices, herbs, and marinades to enhance flavor profiles.
• Strong knowledge of grilling methods, including charcoal, wood-fired, or gas grills, to achieve the desired texture and taste.
• Muslim or Christian candidates are preferred.

Salary:
• Up to 350 KD (Based on qualifications)
• Free accommodation and transportation provided.
